i’ve been thinking over cultural properties transferred from a country of origin to another country. to whom do they belong? to a nation of origin? or to a country that has been protecting them since the colonization period? no? are they properties of the whole human being?

i think i could talk with composure. of course there were some small mistakes, for example i mistook to read kanji, but on the whole, it was a success.
