- Malaysia to remain facilitator in Philippine gov't-MILF peace talks
The Malaysian government will remain the third party facilitator in the peace talks between the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), a senior official said Tuesday.
Presidential Spokesman Edwin Lacierda said at a press briefing that Malaysia has always been facilitating the negotiations for the past few years so it's better that it remains a facilitator.
