there were around 7-800 people and it looked it’s almost full. the moment came with the waltzinblack. they came on stage with ian behind the drums instead of jet. i can’t blame jet, as he amazingly made the really tough uk tour. he probably needs a lot of time to re-charge, and i’m looking forward to seeing him the next time after a good break. the set list is the same as the uk tour and they blew the house with the opening number, grip. i was standing very close to the speakers and my ears were tingling. very loud sound and the rhythm beats heavy in my internal organs. baz’ line in peaches that changes from place to place is always funny and this time it was about them coming all the way down to australia but welcomed by cyclone and heavy rain and thunders! the weather was indeed very unstable and on the day of the gig, it seemed as if it was even hailing for a while.
