4. working at tb-1 i’m working at tb-1, a department in charge of mechanical calculation in zf. my first impression for the department is “people are working very slowly…”. it is obviously because i had done my training ship in automobile companies while this time i’m doing that in parts supplier. the difference of working style between automobile companies and parts supplier would be understood when i see their agenda. normally people have two or three meetings in a day in automobile company, my supervisor martina has only two or three meetings in a week. also it’s interesting that the guys in toyota, renault are always checking some documents eagerly, guys in zf are making the documents in honest. additionally you can find some interesting distinctions in presentation slide. “easy to understand” is the point in automobile company, while martina is making presentation slides arranging images carefully with guideline function. 自分は今tb-1と呼ばれる機械構造解析を担当する部署で働いている
