these past days i've found it difficult to find any joy in food.
i am hungry, but food seems tasteless and i don't want to eat because of that.
i eat my breakfast, because its rutine. the rest of the time i almost must force myself to eat. when i eat, i normally don't feel bad because of the food, but thinking of it makes me want to avoid eating.
