therefore, i think the negotiation(before lawsuit) method has changed before and after these supreme court decisions.
before these decisions, in the negotiation before lawsuit, i think maybe there was an idea of claiming it without adding the interest, too
but, now, because the opinion of supreme court has hardened, i think even if it is before lawsuit, it has been a principle to collect adding the interest.
actually, i am doing so, too.
of course, the idea is different depending on the person. so, i won’t say ‘what i say is all correct’ or ‘you must do as i say’.
however, we should negotiate before lawsuit while thinking it is in such a situation now.
