China Haisheng Juice Holdings, the company fighting Morgan Stanley in Chinese and London courts over currency swap contracts, has agreed to pay US$7 million to the United States bank to settle the case. "The parties have resolved the dispute between them to their mutual satisfaction," said Nick Footitt, a Hong Kong-based spokesman for Morgan Stanley. China Haisheng had sued Morgan Stanley in April in Xian for mis-selling it dollar-yuan swaps, allegations the bank denied.
