well...when i feel an unease i always remember about some people who they were around me probably somebody will say its not funny if hear itbut its real its just like my regular medicineso i write here and do it after i wroteright...when i feel an unease or fear about all of my lifesuch as my future, my appearance, my opinion,and my chracter anything all that things i got already and i know never ever cannnot turn back about almost thingsbecause it is a life so i remember to somebody in the kitchen, in my room, in the bathroom so on...and repeat the words that they said me when i was near themi dont know why but i just remember so clear what they said me with what kind of eyes...and almost people are not around me anymorebecause i moved, or they didthen after i remember the words in my mindmy feeling is changing to alright so quickly, so quiet...so when i feel such an uneasiness i remember to them who did, say me their opinion that was real intention of them so i can still remember about every words what did sayi really appreciate them because if i wouldnt meet them nor i wouldnt moved from themi was not be standing here now...thank you in deed. 違う場所に足場を固めて立つためにころあいを見計らってその場を去るとき誰かを傷付けてしまう人が居ただからわたしも世の中とはそうしないと生きて行かれない気になってむちゃくちゃに人を傷付けたことがあるずっと前の話だけれどよく覚えている気がするでも上手く思い出せないだってそれはわたしの本音でも誰かの本音でもないからわたしは本音しか覚えていられない本音しか引き出しにしまえないだから苦笑してしまう本音だけ持ってどこへ行くの？と自分に問い掛けたくなるどこでも良いでしょ！なんて間違っても言えないことを知っているどこでも良いなんて言っていたら絶対またむちゃくちゃに誰も彼も傷付けるから本音なんて一言も言わずに誰かを奈落の底に突き落とすのは存外簡単なことなのだと思うだからわたしはいつの間にか本音だけ引き出しにしまうようにしたのだろうかそれならそれでも良いけれど本音は持っていても使う機会が少ないこんなこと言っているとまた誰かに人が変わったねと言われてしまう良いじゃないそれはそれでとわたしは言ってしまおう季節は日々刻々と移り変わるけれど春は春だし秋は秋でしょ？とテーブルに肘をつきながら応えようそうしよう倉木みどり（いつもわたしは、半分本当で半分嘘のことを書いているけれど、この一ページは、それがどぎつく出てる気がする…何て言うか、こう、ケバく

what i hear from many of you is that you understand about the mer-ka-ba, the beams of light and the intricate relationship between the sacred place of the heart and the tip of the tongue and the glands in the brain. you intellectually understand what to do, but you struggle to bring this into your daily lives and live and breathe it. i have focused in on the differences between those of you who live and breathe this work as part your daily ritual and those of you who are challenged by the outside world that pulls at all of us.what i hear is that when you get home from the workshop your everyday-life takes over and you can t hold the power of your inner space that you discovered in the workshop. your friends, family, and co-workers may have different understandings than you and there are so many distractions. weeks go by and many of you have completely forgotten the mer-ka-ba and the sacred space of your heart.
