Judge rules against Viacom in case against YouTube A U.S. federal judge ruled against Viacom's one billion dollar copyright case filed in March 2007, according to news reports Thursday.
The ruling states the website is protected from liability by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, according to Los Angeles Times.
