A confusing tale of Bill Buchanan (24) managing a hospital/clinic on two shows and then, seattle grace (where grey's anatomy doctors misbehave) and whatever hospital rn hawthorne works are both going through very difficult merger to financial difficulties, so staff members at both face similar headaches (=story lines) involving their new, evil colleagues that came from the other hospitals.
