here's the thing. i watch these american tv series in tokyo, which means i'm behind a season or two, if not more. sometimes much more. plus i record these shows on my hd recorder and watch them completely at random. i currently watch season 2 of hawthorne, in which will smith's beautiful, tiny wife plays the gutsy top nurse at a hospital. i also watch grey's anatomy (season 6) and its spin-off, private practice (season 3). not to mention the final season of er, on which i just saw the episode packed with gorgeous old-timers including doug ross (george clooney), nurse carol hathaway (julianna margulies), and dr. peter benton (eriq la salle), my fave doctor at chicago county.
