henry gwiazda, in a way, continues this way. theotherwilderness sounds like several improvisation attempts, done at once, in the first few minutes, and this yields some interesting results. it then changes to a vocal mayhem and gwiazda then manage between the musical elements that were introduces in this track, resulting in an odd musical exhibition. closing the album is ryuta.k, with a track that reminds me of the album's opening. the twisting, squeaking whistles are back in a more intense track, growing even more claustrophobic than before. the voices almost bid us farewell before they are swallowed inside the whistles. this night, seven tracks long night, was very demanding and intense. and these seven dystopian stars shining through it have made it all the more interesting and enjoyable.

investment in science, technology, culture and education do not quickly produce tangible results, although they do involve time and money. therefore, the screening of such fields by the government's cost-cutting panel simply cannot be based solely on short-term cost-benefit analysis. a long-term perspective should be adopted when it comes to laying the foundations for the promotion of intellectual creativity. the government revitalization unit--tasked with identifying wasteful government spending--has judged that many projects in these fields should be scrapped or their budgets cut. however, the government should boldly review the panel's recent judgments and make appropriate adjustments in the budget. in the fields of science and technology, the panel recommended that a program to develop a next-generation supercomputer should be effectively frozen. it also recommended the government abolish a project for promoting science and technology on a regional basis, and slash funding for a proposed collaboration between industry, academia and the government. the project aims at utilizing research carried out by universities to foster the growth of regional industries. nobel prize winners, including leo esaki, criticized the panel's budget reductions for science and technology projects, saying in a joint statement it runs contrary to the government's aim of making the country a science and technology powerhouse. it is no surprise they made such a criticism. === intl competitiveness at risk the budget cuts proposed without a long-term strategy in mind would see the foundations of the nation's quest for knowledge crumble. it also could undermine japan 's efforts to remain internationally competitive. the cost-cutting panel also recommended the government abolish the children's dream fund, a project that aims to get more children reading books and was established after a campaign by a suprapartisan group of lawmakers following children's reading year in 2000. the fund has supported about 2,000 projects every year aimed at developing environments in which more books are read to and by children. next year has been designated national year of reading by a resolution that was unanimously adopted by both chambers of the diet. the government should maintain this project in view of its important role in promoting the culture of the printed word . === arts facing big cuts meanwhile, the panel concluded that the budget for supporting the arts allocated through the japan arts council should be greatly reduced. the budget is used mainly for covering the operational expenses of tokyo's new national theatre, which has won high praise internationally for its ballet, opera and live theater productions, as well as for promoting excellence in other cultural and artistic fields. some members of the panel even called for state funding to be terminated in the future. however, culture and art will never thrive if they are left to operate on an entirely commercial basis. in the united states and across europe, governments actively support the arts and promote private-sector assistance through tax systems that promote donations. some say the promotion of culture should be left to local governments, but their culture-related budgets have been eroded by the economic crisis gripping the nation. the central government should draw up a policy that maintains the necessary assistance. in the education budget, a comprehensive plan for english-language education reform was judged not worth funding. the panel said the budget for an english-language study guide for primary schoolers should be eliminated, causing dismay among teachers across the country. english-language lessons will become mandatory for all fifth- and sixth-graders in academic year 2011. the government should move to safeguard key budgets and clarify this stance as soon as possible to prevent unnecessary concern and confusion.

jack welcomed us wagging like his tale off when we get back. he looked so happy to see us! apparently he was happy even during our absence. yoshi's mom took him a walk and then yoshi's dad took him too! it was quite surprising because i have heard that dad doesn't like pets. one of his story was like this. they had a rabbit when yoshi was in elementary school. they adored it except for dad. he hated it gnawing walls and posts of his newly built house (fair enough, fair enough...) so he usually gave it a kick or two. one day he kicked it as usual but the rabbit seemed to decide to pay back finally. it bit dad's toe so hard that he bled a lot! so, we all were actually worried about how it would go between dad and jack.. no worries at all actually. dad took jack to two-hour walk and back home with wide smile! he likes jack!

in the article, panarin was not to be drawn out on the true reason of his prediction, however some presumption can be proposed. according to the article, something will happen on december 9, 2009. the date draws on. my opinion is that russia would give s300 system to iran in pursuit of the contract, however its transfer was postponed presumably by the tacit understanding with obama, eschewing the interference of united states over the surrounding area of russia. but the ukrainean presidential election will result in the breeze by the pro-russian candidate and putin has an eye on the lame duck situation of obama who desponded the military and the department of state in the determination of additional troops to afghanistan and i think putin waits for the moment when he can maximize the national interest of russia to transfer s300 to iran to cause hot war in persian gulf between israel and iran(@wぷ

however... fast forward to tuesday afternoon during my lunch break. i wandered back into perfumania to see if the sale was still going on, and it was. guess what i did?~i still have my 1.7oz bottle of ocean lounge that i had purchased last year, but i loved it so much that i couldn't resist getting the 3.3oz one along with the moon sparkle. it cost me $80.64, which is amazingly cheap for two 3.3oz bottles.

ichiro's fast. he's not just fast for a right fielder. he's just flat-out fast. ichiro can throw. the most replayed throw by an outfielder in the entire decade is probably ichiro's laser to nail terrence long at third base, early in ichiro's rookie season. afterward he asked, via a translator: why did he run when i was going to throw him out? and ichiro's got instincts, too. in his seventh season in the majors, he shifted from right field to center, and played there well enough to win yet another gold glove. oh, and the gold gloves … in nine seasons, ichiro has never not won a gold glove.

i read one article that states toeic exam fee was reduced in japan. the company that is offering toeic gets some advanges from japanese government because this is related to education. because of such advantages, japanese government checks the profit of this company. this company is exempt from tax, so this time, japanese government thought that this company’s profit is too much, so it asked this company to reduce test fee. oh… how lucky japnaese examinees are… on the other hand, in the u.s., toeic exam fee was increased from $65 to $75!!!! how could it happen!!!! yeah, i know. in the u.s., there are not so many toeic test takers. i took toeic exams in the u.s. four times. the number of examinees are around 10 to 15 people. in japan, i took toeic exams many times and the number of examinees are around 50 to 100? maybe. that is why the cost of toeic test is much different between japan and the u.s. although the fee was icreased in the u.s., still i appreciate that i can take toeic test in the u.s. my bad result ^^; of toeic test last time motivated me to study english. i will study hard (really?) and beat my highest score (930 points) within one year!!!
