Spain to send aid to help control Haiti's cholera outbreak Spain's International Development Cooperation Agency (AECID) on Monday decided to render assistance to Haiti to help control the spreading cholera outbreak in the Caribbean country, Development Cooperation Minister Soraya Rodriguez said.
