Georgians leave for Geneva Talks with Russians A Georgian delegation led by the country's national security council chief left Tbilist Wednesday for the next round of the Geneva Talks in the namesake Swiss city on security and stability in the South Caucasus.
The talks were originally scheduled to start Wednesday but will now begin Saturday.

Georgia won't sell North-South gas main: PM Georgian Prime Minister Nikoloz Gilauri said Wednesday that his government does not plan to sell the gas pipeline connecting Russia with Armenia.
Gilauri said Georgian authorities have no intention of selling the controlling stocks of the strategic facilities, including the gas pipeline which is the major source of natural gas in Armenia.
Gilauri spoke at a news conference after a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Tigran Sargsyan.

Georgia to fight cyber crimes, child pornography with new laws A stricter law concerning cyber crimes went into force on Friday in Georgia, after the country's lawmakers adopted it.
The new law pursues a criminal policy against crimes committed via Internet through such illegal access as system and data interference, password break-in and illegal set-up.
Anyone who illegally gets information or makes profits through such activities will be punished by a sentence of three years in prison in accordance with the new law.
